    Long/Short Sleeve Rugby

    Wore both the short/long sleeve for a little over a week climbing in the mountains. I was a little leery of the FR rating potentially making the shirt uncomfortable but Spiritus knocked it out of the park. They're super comfy to wear and the durability seems excellent too. The short sleeve is my favorite-better ventilation. Doesn't stink nearly as bad as some of my other tech fabrics too which is a huge bonus. Dries quick too. My only critique is if you've got lanky arms maybe up your shirt size.

    This thing rocks.

    Big fan of this offering. A week in the field and this thing really held up. Minimal odor retention, super durable, great fit (75"/200lb size XL), and a professional look. Will be buying any other duty garments they put out.

    Mission Rugby- Long sleeve

    Lightweight, breathable and FR. Excellent under a chest rig and is the perfect base layer during warm weather helicopter SAR operations. Does an excellent job of wicking moisture, drying quickly and can be layered underneath if needed for chillier mornings. The rescue red is as advertised doing a great job of distinguishing rescuers against dense tree foliage, glaciers, scree fields, etc. Great job to Bill and the team!

    Large black long sleeve

    I’m 5’10 220, an ideal fit for me is an XL and I mistakenly got a large. But I will say the way that these fit, even the bulkier dudes will fit in a large just a little more than snug. Unlike regular op tops this fits nicely in the shoulders and cups them. Material is much better than the velocity systems that I have worn and owned (I have 3) it’s much more breathable. You can wear these in 100+ degree weather and not worry completely about heat cas. If you’re between the velocity one’s and these, 100% grab this guy for the little bit extra money.

    Niche, but cool

    The shirt is a lot thinner than you would expect, but it dries better than any other shirt I have. The sleeves are not durable like what you would get out of a combat top, so you are going all in on thermal/moisture management for shoothouse/training. Outside of that, it’s a less warm base layer than merino, but dries faster. Not sure if most people would benefit from this over a combat top or any merino base layer, but I like it for use under a wind layer+plate carrier for rucking or running, nothing else is as good at keeping me cool/dry and not stinking.

    Mission Rugby Long Sleeve

    Dear Lord baby Jesus.... Thank you to Adam and the team for making the worlds greatest shirts, I am all in on the design, function, and craftsmanship of these amazingly versatile shirts. Have 3 of the short sleeves and now three of the long sleeves. Excellent in hot weather, and buttery soft. It's not easy to reconcile how a shirt like this can make your pants feel tighter, but just know you won't have any regrets....
