Hackers, Meta and 21st Century Warfare

A few nights ago, we received the word that our Instagram may have been hacked. Shortly after the notification we could see that there had been some form of digital assault brought to bear on our main Instagram page, @spiritussystems. We are uncertain as to who is behind the hack, but we are working closely with both Meta and some other organizations to try and understand the “who” behind the assault.

The dredges of modern society work diligently to topple the carefully, cut, quarried and built stone walls of progress. They will do anything to not have to get out there and get a job, like the rest of us.

As far as we can tell, our account is “frozen” and should not be active. This means you should not receive any messages or see any posts from it. On the off chance that you do get a message from @spiritussystems You should confirm that we have regained control before responding.

While being hacked is certainly a setback, we have built in redundancy to keep things rolling. Catch our actual updates, releases, and nonsense across our other un-hacked channels:
