 Sewing Machine Operator

 About you: You’re a professional. You are committed to producing products that are of high quality. You’re punctual with your time and familiar with working in a production facility. 



  •  Performs basic sewing functions.
  • Able to sew straight lines and basic geometric shapes.

  • Able to assemble different types of textile materials into a finished product.

  • Able to read and interpret sewing technical packets and follow instructions.

  • Maintains quality control and takes appropriate action to maintain accuracy and precision.

  • Able to identify components and workings of sewing machine and perform basic daily maintenance.



  • Highly detailed person with good organization skills, logical thinker with strong follow-up and follow-through.
  • Ability to work 40 Hours a week. 

  • Ability to sit for long durations at various sewing machines. 

  • Ability and willingness to lift up to 50lbs of weight. 


Production Assistant

About you: You’re good with your hands. You have always been good at assembling things. You have a keen eye for identifying problems and solving them quickly. You have no problem working in a fast paced environment where you may be doing something different everyday. 



 Performs basic and advanced product assembly operations (buckles, zippers).

  • Performs basic and advanced production preparation (cutting, kitting).

  • Performs basic and advanced quality control and packaging.

  • Operates automated sewing and cutting equipment.

  • Execute materials cut orders.



  • Ability to read and write in the English language.
  • Ability and willingness to lift up to 50lbs of weight. 




IT Help Desk

Spiritus Systems is currently searching for an IT Help Desk position. Spiritus Systems is a rapidly growing veteran-owned small business that manufactures tactical nylon equipment based in Aberdeen, NC. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, hardworking individual to join our team with the potential for growth and development. Job Description

You will be responsible for responding to employee IT help requests, as well as maintaining and updating software, laptops, and desktops. Day-to-day responsibilities will include communicating with and training employees, opening, monitoring, and resolving support tickets. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills, patience for instruction, and will be customer service focused. The position will be expected to be intricately involved in the onboarding, maintenanceemployee training, and growth of the company’s newly acquired ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics.



  • Provide help desk support and resolve issues for employees 
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to help requests received  
  • Document and update internal technical procedures and How-To guides for employees 
  • Manage the computer set-up and training of onboarding new users  
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses  
  • Perform workstation hardware and software upgrades and vulnerability remediation as required



  • Self-motivated, independent, highly detailed person with good organizational skills and experience managing competing priorities 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience 
  • Prior work or internship experience in a help desk or related computer support role 
  • Experience with employee onboarding, training, and off-boarding 
  • Experience with workstation security 
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS operating systems 
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP system will be an advantage 
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
  • Strong network and/or VoIP experience with underlying technologies such as Routing & Switching Protocols, TCP-IP, DNS, QoS, SIP 
  • VLANs, and WAN protocols and technologies 
  • Experience working with Windows Server, Active Directory 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies – Microsoft Teams and SharePoint 
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 Authentication and voice offerings 
  • Logical thinker with strong follow-up and follow-through 
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week


Production Engineer

The production engineer will support production by providing resources, such as tooling and fixturing development, conductingtime/efficiency studies, and troubleshooting processes for optimization and quality improvement. The production engineer will also work closely in coordination with the New Products Development (NPD) Department to transition and translate new products into production.

Job Duties
  • Operates, maintains, and checks patterns and cut layouts for accuracy and efficiency   

  • Designs and produces jigs for the production floor 

  • Drives continuous improvement activities for existing manufacturing lines 

  • Provide direct engineering support to manufacturing team for assembly, documentation and enhancement of designs in production 

  • Establishes post-certification processes for all new products 

  • Ability to sew or willingness to learn 

  • Utilizes project management tools to enable effective product launch through all phases of integration 

  • Identifies process problems that lead to throughput or quality issues, evaluates root cause, and implements solutions to stabilize and/or improve processes 

  • Liaison between design and manufacturing on new products and product changes  

  • Understands patterning and sewing prototypes, creating tech packs, BOMsetc. 

  • Understands the development of new products, including research and development, drawing, building patterns and schematics, sewing, cutting, and working in an industrial environment  

  • Works in conjunction with the Director of Quality Assurance, Production Manager, New Products Development Director, and Executive Team in process improvement initiatives  

  • Supports and reports to the Production Manager 

  • Attends trade shows and/or other company events
