Spiritus Systems is currently seeking professionals to fill the following full-time positions at our Aberdeen, North Carolina Facility. 


We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team with the potential for growth and development. Experience with machinery and/or textiles are preferable, but willing to train the right individual. We offer competitive pay, a unique work environment and state of the art sewing machinery. 




  • Sewing Machine Operator

    • Performs basic sewing functions.

    • Able to sew straight lines and basic geometric shapes.

    • Able to assemble different textile materials into a finished product.

    • Able to read and interpret sewing technical packets and follow instructions.

    • Maintains quality control and takes appropriate action to maintain accuracy and precision.

    • Able to identify components and workings of sewing machine and perform basic daily maintenance.


  •  Production Assistant

    • Performs basic and advanced product assembly operations (buckles, zippers).

    • Performs basic and advanced production preparation (cutting, kitting).

    • Performs basic and advanced quality control and packaging.

    • Operates automated sewing and cutting equipment.




  •  Brand Manager/Marketing 


  • Has experience in the use of Adobe Suite products such as Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator.

  • Experience in full spectrum marketing to include social media, print, photography, and video marketing.

  • Experience within our industries is a must. 




  •  Sales Associate   

    • Support Account managers and Business Development Directors to increase business and the efficiency of the Sales function

    • Create and maintain records on the operations of the Sales team using our CRM; conduct queries and analysis using CRM tools

    • Support customers in business and sales capacities as required for expansion through direct sales; answer sales phone calls; attend trade shows

    • Act as a liaison between the Sales, Business Development and Marketing functions

    • Research business leads and new business development opportunities

    • Support business development proposals

    • Monitor the performance of the Sales and Business Development functions and design improvement models

    • Prepare weekly sales meeting minutes and any follow-ups

    • Perform administrative functions including updating calendars and coordinating meetings

  •  Human Resources Generalist 

    • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.

    • Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.

    • Performs benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees.

    • Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; and maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.

    • Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program; and writes and places advertisements.

    • Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.

    • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.

    • Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.

    • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to  continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.

    • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.

    • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
