POSITION
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
The Human Resource Manager is an integral part of the communication and development across all departments within the company. The manager will lead and direct the recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, and training processes across the company. The manager will administer pay, benefits, and leave, as well as enforce and maintain all company policies and documentation regarding supporting staff. They will support and report to the Administrative Manager and/or COO.
The position must have prior experience in Human Resources (HR). The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to be an asset to all staff in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Provides support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Manages and executes onboarding processes across the company.
- Manage evaluation and training programs across the company in order to provide professional development and corrective action in conjunction with the department managers and executive team.
- Administer and maintain employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Enforce, maintain, and update all company policies and human resource documentation regarding supporting staff.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Assist with the development and documentation of new human resources processes and procedures that allow for the transparent flow of communication between any departments of the company.
- Be a major contributor to any future software management projects, such as the development of an ERP and/or HRM system, that the company may embark on.
- Evaluate efficiency through methods that may include workflow, workstation organization, and time management.
- Physical requirements may include sitting, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and kneeling for up to and including 8 hours.
- Utilize appropriate software, such as but not limited to, Microsoft 365 Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, Quickbooks Online, and/or ADP, for any and all of these duties.
- May be required to travel for trade shows and/or other company events.
- Perform all other duties reasonably related to the Company’s business when asked to do so by the Company’s Executive Team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior HR experience required.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

POSITION
Marketing Coordinator
The Spiritus Systems Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth function of the Marketing department’s internal operations. This includes managing event logistics, coordinating with other internal Spiritus Systems departments, and maintaining relationships with the company’s distributors, brand partners, and vendors through professional communication and efficient project management.
The position must have a firm grasp of project management and show an aptitude for problem solving and task prioritization. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to see projects through to completion in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Spiritus Systems marketing coordinator will act as a support element for a wide range of creative and product development initiatives and functions as a point of contact for external collaborators.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the coordination of marketing travel for content creation trips.

Manage the packaging and transport of booth display assets for company trade shows.
-
Assist in the logistical preparation for national trade shows (e.g., SHOT SHOW etc.)
-
Trouble shoot and problem solve logistics coordination challenges to ensure smooth and timely trade show attendance.
-
Provide in-booth customer relations support to the business development team at select trade shows.
-
Develop relationships with various vendors including trade show, freight, product, and marketing supply vendors.
-
Assist in the development of marketing collateral such as product catalogs, operator guides, and branded print material.
-
Manage communication with vendors and other departments at Spiritus Systems to ensure timely project completion.

Manage product lifecycle updates by coordinating with the Creative Director on changes to existing marketing material.

Manage day-to-day distributor relations by responding to marketing asset requests and maintaining the Spiritus Systems dealer resource portal.

Manage the Spiritus Systems BigCommerce website updates and front-end maintenance including but not limited to:

Updating product information & specifications

Uploading new product pages and coordinating with the company’s ERP software.

Updating API data for the website “Kit Builder”

Updating web-page content.

Uploading blog posts

Managing job postings

Managing linked third-party apps

Adding and managing web users

Manage individual marketing relationships by facilitating the delivery of promotional items and coordinating marketing events.

Manage marketing collateral orders and company vendor relationships.

Manage document branding for internal corporate assets in HR, production, and operations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

POSITION
Sewing Machine Operator
About you: You’re a professional. You are committed to producing products that are of high quality. You’re punctual with your time and familiar with working in a production facility.
Responsibilities
- Performs basic sewing functions.

Able to sew straight lines and basic geometric shapes.

Able to assemble different types of textile materials into a finished product.

Able to read and interpret sewing technical packets and follow instructions.

Maintains quality control and takes appropriate action to maintain accuracy and precision.

Able to identify components and workings of sewing machine and perform basic daily maintenance.
Qualifications
- Highly detailed person with good organization skills, logical thinker with strong follow-up and follow-through.

Ability to work 40 Hours a week.

Ability to sit for long durations at various sewing machines.
