Sewing Machine Operator

 About you: You’re a professional. You are committed to producing products that are of high quality. You’re punctual with your time and familiar with working in a production facility. 



  •  Performs basic sewing functions.
  • Able to sew straight lines and basic geometric shapes.

  • Able to assemble different types of textile materials into a finished product.

  • Able to read and interpret sewing technical packets and follow instructions.

  • Maintains quality control and takes appropriate action to maintain accuracy and precision.

  • Able to identify components and workings of sewing machine and perform basic daily maintenance.



  • Highly detailed person with good organization skills, logical thinker with strong follow-up and follow-through.
  • Ability to work 40 Hours a week. 

  • Ability to sit for long durations at various sewing machines. 

  • Ability and willingness to lift up to 50lbs of weight. 


Production Assistant

About you: You’re good with your hands. You have always been good at assembling things. You have a keen eye for identifying problems and solving them quickly. You have no problem working in a fast paced environment where you may be doing something different everyday. 



 Performs basic and advanced product assembly operations (buckles, zippers).

  • Performs basic and advanced production preparation (cutting, kitting).

  • Performs basic and advanced quality control and packaging.

  • Operates automated sewing and cutting equipment.

  • Execute materials cut orders.



  • Ability to read and write in the English language.
  • Ability and willingness to lift up to 50lbs of weight. 



Entry Level Technical Writer/Illustrator


About you: You’re a rockstar with Adobe Illustrator, especially when it comes to detailed line drawings, and you’re pretty good with formatting documents. You’re a self-starter and maybe a little bit of a loner with an awesome playlist and sweet headphones who doesn’t mind creating technical drawings in Illustrator for 40 hours a week. You’ll spend 10% of your time collaborating with the people who will use the manuals you compose, so you’re comfortable asking questions to get an understanding of what you need to draw. If you identify as a creative who gets high off of designing new things, this is probably not the job for you, but if you’re a Type A illustrator who loves a good spec sheet and well-laid out document, this is the job you’re looking for.



  • This position reports to the Technical Designer, but collaborates with Production, Quality Control, and Production Engineer to write, edit, and publish various types of documents such as technical manuals, reports, SOPs, and product- and machine-specific training materials.
  • Prepare diagrams and schematics for manuals, training and curriculum.
  • Develop and manage the delivery of various technical documents (e.g., user manuals, product-specific sewing instructions, machine operation, etc.)
  • Discuss illustration at various stages of completion and makes changes as necessary.
  • Update and maintain existing documentation.
  • All other duties assigned.



  • Highly detailed person with good organization skills, logical thinker with strong follow-up and follow-through.
  • Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with InDesign.
  • Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with various due dates with minimal supervision.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week on the computer.
  • Portfolio required at time of interview.
  • 2-4 year degree preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.



Customer Service Representative 


About you. You’re an advocate for the customer, but a representative of the Spiritus brand. You keep a cool head no matter what and know how to defuse a situation. You have a keen eye for detail and are a self motivated worker. You have good people skills and enjoy assisting customers across multiple platforms to quickly resolve their issues. You are good with computers and are familiar with customer support ticketing systems. You have a strong grasp of  the English language both written and spoken.  


  • Communicating with customers over the phone, on social media platforms and email.
  • Opening and maintaining tickets in an electronic customer support system  

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

  • Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information and compiling accurate data.

  • Collaborating with the Quality Manager as well as the Inventory Manager to quickly solve customer related issues and report trends based on customer feedback.

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails and support messages on social media. 

  • Generate sales leads and forward them over to the Sales Manager.

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information about our entire product catalog.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

  • Close out or open call records. 

  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.


  • Previous customer support experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Must be able to read and write in the English language. 

  • Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
