Introducing the Reverso Sling

We’ve always believed that a rifle sling should be more than an afterthought. It’s one of the most critical pieces of kit you can run. For years, we’ve worked closely with SIERRATAC to manufacture their sling, which we considered the best on the market. That partnership and experience laid the groundwork for something new, the SIERRATAC Reverso Sling (Patent Pending).

 

A New Take on Sling Design

The most immediate difference you’ll notice with the Reverso is the slider placement. Traditionally, the adjustment slider sits closer to the body. On the Reverso, it’s positioned at the front of the rifle and fully articulated. To tighten the sling, simply pull the slider back toward you. To loosen, push it forward.

This change might seem minor, but in practice it’s a significant improvement. Whether you’re standing on a detail or running drills at the range, being able to adjust the sling without breaking your grip or resetting your hand streamlines the entire process. Another key benefit, when stowed the slider sits cleanly at the front of the rifle, out of the way. No more dealing with a dangling slider catching on gear or interfering with rifle storage.

 

Maximum Control and Versatility

The Reverso also excels when you need the rifle locked down tight. Removing the padded section of the sling creates an “infinity loop”, allowing the slider to articulate all the way through. This means you can cinch the rifle as tight as necessary.

Every Reverso Sling ships with everything you need: Two QD swivels, tri-glide hardware, a sling pad (fully removable), and a sling retention band

Because the articulation happens at the front of the rifle, a hard attachment point is required. That’s why we include QDs by default. We recommend them in almost every case. They provide the ability to ditch the sling instantly if it gets snagged inside a vehicle, tangled around a casualty, or otherwise becomes a liability. The sling’s job is to keep your rifle on your body, not trap you in a bad situation.

The Reverso Sling is constructed from X-Pac material, offering a balance of durability, lightweight performance, and weather resistance. At launch, the sling will be available in Multicam, Ranger Green, Black, and Coyote Brown.
