All around amazing, works perfectly as a med pouch, fits the TrexArms ITRK Expanded med kit perfectly.
The Sub Abdominal Carrying Kit or "SACK" is the most versatile tactical "fanny pack" on the market. It was designed to make critical equipment easy to access from both sides or when in a confined space like a vehicle.
The pouch features a half zip design, which means that your equipment will not easily fall out of the pouch even if the zipper is left unsecured.
The front of the pouch features a small zippered stash pocket that is constructed using a durable 4 way stretch material and is perfect for easy access to small items. The stretch material keeps those items snug and in place. The bottom of the pouch features two elastic loops that can be adjusted to hold a tourniquet or other equipment that you may need to rapidly deploy. If bottom carry doesn't fit your mission needs, you can easily remove and reinstall the loops as necessary.
The inside features soft loop Velcro on both sides. This makes the pouch very dynamic, giving you the ability to use our Velcro Insert Suite to fit your requirements. It also features two slide-locks that make it easy to adjust the tension of the elastic loops hanging below, as well as two tie-down loops for securing sensitive equipment. The two grommet holes on the bottom aid with drainage of the pouch, if submersion occurs.
The SACK is designed to fit onto the bottom of our Micro Fight Chest Rig, or any other plate carrier or rig that accommodates standard hook and loop, making it a versatile choice for those changing load-outs often. Simply pull this off one kit and add it to another.

Velcro Attachment measures 7"x 4"

Cord-locks for this product may arrive "unset." If your slide-lock seems to be broken/has no spring action, it likely just needs to be set. Squeezing the lock firmly between your thumb and index finger should apply enough pressure to the top of the lock to "pop" it, activating the spring mechanism.
What a useful pouch! Well made and shipped quick!
Love this thing. I just mounted it to my Crye JPC 2.0 which is my go-to plate carrier. It matches the colors well and is big enough to store the advanced trauma kit and tourniquet but not too bulky where it is swinging around and effectively-getting in the way. 10/10 would recommend for your loadout.
This sack pouch was extremely handy. I just recently completed my 2 weeks of training for my guard unit, 11b, where we conducted several live fire exercises. I kept all my marking stuff in there as well as some admin stuff. It was efficient and it did not interfere during movements or while in the prone. I wish i would have had this while I was active duty.
I don’t have 40 Mike Mike’s like the sample picture but I do have diapers and a bunch of snacks for the little one. As of now this lives in my tacticool dad bag and once the chest rig restocks it will live there. I’m impressed with the quality and versatility this pouch provides.
The stitching is very precise on the edges. I like that the zippers create ease of access into the pouch. If I was to say whether I would buy this again? I would say this is my 2nd one and will have a 3rd in splatter and 4th hopefully in m81. They are perfect for plate carriers and provide a streamlined fit.
Absolutely in love with the Pouch! The quality of the product is unmatched it seems from anybody else!
Definitely a solid product, ran it standalone on my carrier for a few days until I got my MK4. Fits well with either setup, nothing but high quality materials and a good option for more storage to a slick carrier.
Very good construction, the stitching is super neat and clean. I’m a fan of the two zipper system on it, and it holds everything I need for the required day at hand.
Another solid product from Spiritus. I have multiple rigs for myself and members of the family, and not all are Spiritus, but they all get the SACK Pouch. Even if your rig is made by another company, I'd still recommend this pouch over the others. Some open too much and crap falls out, and others are just too large. This one fits the need without getting in the way.
Just another great piece of gear on a long line of their great products. Comfortable, simples, and effective.
Great dangler pouch, currently lives on my LV-119 Overt plate bag. Awesome for stashing anything from my ifak, chem lights, spare mags, and perfect for SNACK's.
A must have to go with the Micro Fight Chest Rig. Convenient compartment to store small supplies. The (2) bungees that's pictured holding a tourniquet can be adjusted to hold smaller/bigger items or even stowed inside the Sack Pouch if not in use so that they're just dangling around.
Perfect to place small medical equipment in for work in the field. Allows me to keep hands/arms free without adding bulk to front of PC. Also holds treats very well.
Bought it because MCB is God's camo and I needed another pouch to add to the LARP getup. This pouch accomplishes all of those things beautifully. You should definitely get one.
Great SACK for the price, perfectly fits my IFAK in it. 1 thing is it was smaller than I’d imagined it, so if you’ve got something specific to put in it definitely measure before purchasing and make sure.
Solid, secure, and well built. Big enough for most med items, or just about anything you need to have on you. Same size as the Fanny Sack, but without the waist strap. I nice addition to your CR or PC giving you just a bit more storage.
I use the SACK pouch as an IFAK and it compliments the Micro Fight Rig perfectly. The addition of having a secure yet easy access TQ at the bottom of the pouch adds peace of mind that I know I can use it at a moments notice.
I recently purchased a SACK in Ranger Green. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. It holds all the first aid contents I carry, and most importantly, looks great in photographs.
Got an email asking to review this product I ordered. It has not been put to use yet as I need to complete my rig. Overall the quality looks to be very well made and quality materials used. Will be purchasing more spiritus accessories when available .
The best built pouch on the market. Durable and the right size for my junk.
Arrived super fast. Two days probably. Looks as pictured. I used my buddy’s when we were in Afghanistan and loved it so much I had to get my own.
Arrived really quickly, product is as described and will be a great addition to my gear.
High quality pouch, holds various medical gear perfectly adequately. No complaints here
Per usual from Spiritus Systems, this product is well made a well thought out in terms of function and quality. Currently being utilized as a medical pouch with front pocket being used for misc. items. Customer service from Spiritus was great and shipping was super fast.
Perfectly fits your ifak plus an extra or 2. Fits full size med shears well.
First time Spiritus customer. Outstanding quality and functionality. Will be a return customer. Sincerely value that form follows function, and that this business was formed out of that same belief. Happy to pay the premium for knowing that products are Berry Compliant and designed with the intent to benefit the operational environment.
Amazing product. Plenty of room for medical supplies and batteries. Works great with the micro chest rig.
Allows me to to free up space on my mk4 rig. I use it for my ifak stuff, I would highly recommend anyone running a mk4 or 3 to run this in in conjunction with it
Good workmanship on the stitching and zippers. Clean design. Bought this for a new carrier build for training. IFAK purposes. I'll follow up with a 5000 rnd report... I reserve the right to give it a four-star until I see how it holds up... ~ J
One IFAK in the belt for when I can’t take care of myself. The Sack is perfect for an IFAK my short arms can reach.
It fit all of my medical components better than I expected it to. Overall very pleased with the product. Have yet to really beat up my sack .
Bleeding profusely and need quick access to medical gear? MK2 SACK has your back. Putting down terrorists while needing a place to store a snack that smiles back? MK2 SACK. Rugged, spacious, modular, and can fit about 1000 GoldFish crackers.
I want to start by stating that, I am not an Operator, but I am a US Army Veteran. I received the Black multicam SACK pouch mk2 and was extremely pleased with the quality of the materials; stitching; and features (stash pocket, stretch material, tourniquet loops). I tugged and pulled on the fabric, seams, and corners to see if there was any stitching separation and simple tears. From this, I trust in the quality and craftsmanship of the pouch wholeheartedly. The zippers are super easy to use and solid quality but are not quiet. The Velcro inside and out is of high quality and I trust it's strength. Lastly, I purchased the pouch to go with the Spiritus Micro Fight Chassis Mk4, which the staff at AR500 recently recommended as a removable and compatible chest rig for their plate carriers (in this case, the Invictus). They also recommended the purchase of 1" clips/buckles to affix to the carrier and clip the rig onto.
When I first saw it I though it would be just another under pouch but it was much better. The material is strong and flexible. It holders all my first aid kit in the small pack. The extra attacks like 3 loop make it a lot easier to organize things.
Perfect for my setup and holds exactly what I need.
Made very well and fits a surprising amount. I use mine as an ifak and a buddy uses his as an admin pouch. Very versatile.
I am running this with my D3 Heavy from Haley Strat, it is an absolute must and am not sure how I have done with out it for so long. The MK2 sack is durable are very misleading when it comes to storage space. The pouch holds a lot more than I was imagining. The adjustable TQ straps put this above and beyond, can never have too many TQ Thank you guys for coming out with this. I just wish i could have gotten my hands on the OTB but honestly couldnt ask for a better pouch.
Still new to the gear side of shooting, however, the SACK is awesome! It is super lightweight and very modular. Will be buying many more product is the future.
This pouch is extremely versatile. It can store medical gear and a tourniquet as well as batteries, chemlights, etc. It can attach under the placard or inside the plate bag. It is secure and easy to access. Excellent piece of gear!
I’m a firm believer of you get what you pay for, and this is most certainly one of those cases. I personally abuse the hell out of my gear and spiritus systems has held up better than I could have ever hoped. This pouch is specifically used for med supplies and batteries. Running drills and working out of it for four weeks at a time, the pouch and elastic inserts are still in perfect condition. Phenomenal product and customer service.
After using this product, I would consider this essential for any medics kit. It makes it incredibly convenient to have items like TQ, chest seals, pressure dressings and whatever else easily accessible without having to get in your bag, giving you the ability to begin applying interventions much faster than normal, no medic should be without it.
I love it. Feel free to send me 2 of each of your products in every color so I can thoroughly test drive them all and send more reviews. Thanks!
Solid construction. Bought this because my Ferro Concepts sack had the zipper gum up despite light use. The only Ferro product I've had problems with. Still haven't had a bad Spiritus product.
Hands down the most well thought out, modular, lightweight, bombproof abdominal kit on the market. You can feel the love, passion, and attention to detail in every stitch. Treat yo self and get one of these asap. Currently using mine for medical/nav on a slickster under KTAR front flap. (make more f*ing LV119s please) Front elastic pouch also holds a can of CHAW or 2. Just perfect.
Already had the fanny pack, bought the sack to use. In the same manner but attached to my plate carrier. Keeps all my IV start supplies close. Love it.
The S.A.C.K allows me to have my entire ifak lower on my carrier allow me to still access it but not talking up space under the arms or in an unreachable spot on the back. I have a crye JPC 1.0 and it fits perfectly, I cant recommend this product highly enough.
The SACK is amazing, it comes with retention bungees that go through the bottom to hold onto a TQ/ ECT. It is everything it is described to be, but unless you just want an admin pouch with no particular retention for internals, make sure you pick up a pouch insert, I got the chem light/AA and the 4 slot. Definitely makes the pouch that much more impressive
Using for deployment and i am happy with the product, very well constructed.
Love this product. I have this, as well as the Haley strategic drop down hanger. This one is much better quality and had more room. Zipper portion is a game changer as well.
I wouldn't say I was skeptic, but I wasn't 100 percent sure when I ordered this if I needed it. I've run it a few times now and absolutely love it. It can run simultaneously as an admin pouch and an IFAK carrier not to mention all the other options you can add to attach via the internal hook and loop panels. Keeps my belt minimalist.
I was able to fit their ATRK, NASO airway, large trauma shears, and 2 CAT tourniquets in the pouch and an additional CAT hanging off the bottom. Everyone needs a SACK for their plate carrier/ chest rig to carry medical gear in an easily accessible place.
Well made and definitely the best of these types of pouches. This is the one to get if you're looking for one. I use it for medical and misc stuff.
Running this with a micro fight on a slickster and I’m very happy with the quality so far. Very spacious using as an extra ifak right now but thinking I may use it for nods in the future. Would recommend. aesthetically it’s very pleasing and all the cool kids are running it.
As always, excellent material and construction quality, and creative simplicity. Great way to add space to your kit without taking up PC real estate.
A sack sized for Goldilocks. Not too big, not too small but just right. Ear pro, gloves, map, even the mobile device all fits fine. I thought this sack would swing like my other sack whilst going commando but no, it stays put like it's stuffed into tighty whities. To top it off, it's a lot easier (and safer) to teabag with this sack. Great quality, attention to detail and execution, I highly recommend this product.
I’m currently forward deployed, I placed the order and received it here in Afghanistan in about a week which is very impressive in itself. I’ve only used the SACK on two missions so far but I must say VERY impressed I was worried that it would smack into my growing area or make riding in vics uncomfortable but neither has been the case. This is an awesome option for ppl who need a little more storage on their kit and Strongly recommend this product to anyone who’s considering it.
The Sub Abdominal Carrying Kit or SACK for short is absolutely amazing. Great material & the ability to customize with the micro fight allows me to get the most out of this. I can put some batteries, tools, gloves, & extra first aid. For sure will be getting another one & highly recommend this to anyone looking for storage space to add to a plate carrier or chest rig.
Top notch quality materials and fit/finish, just like the chest rig! It's a great place to store extra mags, ear plugs, or even beef jerky to bribe your range officer. Seriously though, it's a must have for two gun competition.
I've studied the Spiritus Systems rig for a while. I finally pulled the trigger and got one. The modularity is a huge selling point as well as numerous other options. I've ran this in one training class to date and I'm only mad about how long I waited to buy one.
I love my new sack. I compared it to my haley strategic dangler. I wanna say you can fit more medical gear in the haley strategic sack than you can in the spiritus systems sack. However, I like the smaller size and the zipper on the front. You can easily fit a signal mirror, small scissors, various kinds of band aids or whatever else you may need for a booboo kit. The inside of the sack is velcro and I haven't yet bought the seperation loops or the divider but they are a really great idea. I love the two tone color options. I have the multicam black option and it looks great! Product is very sturdy and very well built!
Best thing about putting your snacks in this sack.. is no more messy bread crumbs or anything like that with the nice holes at the bottom lest the small crumbs escape easily 100% approved tactical snack sack.. also works when med supplies and as a small GP pouch. Best part it doesn't hit your balls when you are running back to Mom's minivan after a hard day of airsoft or tactical LARPing.
I ordered the whole complete kit including the “Sack” and I absolutely love this set up. The Sack is just the right size for what I need it for. I’m LEO and just need a place to put some medical and my dip so the Sack covers that for me. Great product!!
Among my favorite Spiritus products. I use this for a wide variety of roles such as a general admin pouch, storing extra magazines for matches, and storing 40mm for general training shenanigans. I have another solution for a medical pouch, but this product will certainly fill that role. When in use, I loop the bungee though my belt to eliminate the little bit of bounce you'll get when the SACK has some items inside.
This is my second SACK. They've both been fantastic. You can see they're made with excellent quality.
The pouch fits perfectly on everything I have! Has lots of room for whatever I want to put in it.
The size and internal capability of this SACK are great. Where it can be better is velcro on the front and back, velcro on the front can allow for RED CROSS markings and velcro on the back can allow for the chemlite or any of the loop attachments. Also the below tourniquet bungees are great for the standard tourniquet, but if there were middle eyelets that can be used to center the bungees; it would allow for securing the sof-t tourniquet which is half the size of the regular tourniquet. Just my two cents. Currently using with my kit in Afghanistan.
Do you want to throw all your shit into a s.a.c.k. so when its time to play there aint no need to dive into pockets or drop kit to rummage through like its yo mommaz purse..... or do you wanna keep om bein slopcity? Yeah, jamm it up——blackedoutwolfpack
The Spiritus Systems S.a.c.k is a very well built, super cool pouch. This isn't your daddies Fanny pack that he used to hide his stash. No sir. This is the tactical, way cooler big brother to that, meant to have quick access to whatever you want in S.a.c.k. Gloves? Yep. Snap lights? Check. Two bungees so you can have a tourniquet right up front? Damn straight. It has two separate compartments. I have my front half with admin stuff. Gotta have paper and pen to give all the girls my number, cause they can't stop lookin at my S.a.c.k. But foreal, this is a great pouch. Im going to buy another for my second platecarrier. This product is so nice,im gonna buy twice.
Fits great on my chest rig! Very compact but still has tons of room!
Perfect size for holding a med kit, also good for carrying extra magazines. The tourniquet holder on the bottom is an amazing idea.
I just recieved the SACK a few days ago, so I haven’t been able to test it out much. I do like the size of it, it’s not overwhelmingly large, and it also doesn’t hang down too low. The pouch itself was made with great craftsmanship, I’m very happy with the overall quality of this product.
very pleased with this product. It is about perfect size, I think it just needs to be purchased with the organizers. the only complaint I had was the TQ bungees would come loose after I would pull a TQ out. so when I went to re-roll and stow the TQ I would have to dig into the pouch and re-synch down the bungees. Other than that it was a good addition to my kit. I'm using this as an advanced IFAK. It holds my I/O's, I/V kits, some addition HemCon stuff, scalpel, markers ect ect. I have already recommended it to other guys who recently ordered one of their own.
This piece of gear is attached beneath a Crye JPC pate carrier. I utilized this pouch over the course of the last 10 days conducting various types of activities. I was concerned the pouch might bother me while sitting in a vehicle or helicopters for extended periods, however I was surprised that it was a non-issue. I never noticed the pouch unless I needed something out of it. It didn't really get in the way while relieving myself, either. I was undecided between this pouch and a similar one by another company, but decided on this one due to the fact that it had an external zippered pocket and the main compartment did not completely unzip all the way around. I really like this pouch and do recommend it. I didn't utilize the TQ bungees because I have a dedicated TQ pouch and I felt like the exposed TQ would easily snag in the dense brush where I was operating. The one thing I might prefer would be Velcro on the front (the reason for only 4 stars) so that a red medic cross patch could be applied. I'm told that the stretchy material on the front isn't conducive to the Velcro. This wasn't a deal-breaker. I teally like the pouch and do recommend it.
perfect addition to current setup without adding bulk. very thoughtful design and high quality material. sack fits perfect under hsp rig on velocity systems vest. will be back for more !
If you have been on the ledge about getting one of these don't be. There are so many possibilities to be had with this. Attached to the bottom of the Micro Fight Chest Rig this makes a perfect Ifak kit, it has the bungee system on the bottom to hold your C.A.T which allows for quick deployment along with plenty of room for your med kit. If you don't use it for that you could hold gloves, gear, whatever you like. Just like everything Spiritus makes you can use it and customize it anyway you want. Awesome product!
I took a fair bit of time looking around for a "dangler" or "hanger" type pouch for my chest rigs and plate carriers. As soon as I learned of the SACK, it was an easy choice. By and far, the best part about this is the modularity. Pairing this with any number of the inserts allows it to be tailored to any kit you use. I personally use the 4 loop insert to keep extra tools and supplies separated, but I also have the divider insert and am looking to pick up the others. It blends well with my set ups and it doesn't get in my way or flop around. This is seriously worth it.
You can put just about anything in here. Mags, 'nades, TQs, radios, batteries, shells, patches, a Snickers or two (or even ten), a water bottle, tools, a banana.... You get the idea. It's the perfect size.
I will be following up with this review, after getting some field time with this product. However, I will start with this: Customer service, top notch. They wasted no time in getting g this sent out either. Initial impressions: VERY impressive. The SACK is well thought out, quality of construction is extremely high. I currently have it sandwiched between my Mayflower APC and an HSP D3CR chest rig. The SACK is right at home. I'm glad I went this due to the half open pocket design and the fact that there are two pockets as opposed to just one. Another added benefit is the hook and loop interior, with the option of adding organizational "shells" on the inside. Eight 40mm rounds in a package this samll is impressive. The adjustable bungee cords are perfect and my TQ is happy in it's new home there. In essence, well thought out, extremely well made piece of kit that will enhance your loadout. As stated, will be following up this review shortly.
Very nice piece of kit, well thought out when put together. I would recommend this to anyone looking for one.
Incredible quality. Spacious. Hold everything you would need. Get one!!
